This fee budgets the following items:

  1. Processing the application
  2. Entrance testing, scoring, evaluation
  3. Administrative interview for parents
  4. Yearbook issued at end of year
  5. Keystone Christian Education Association membership fee
 
 
KCEA (Keystone Christian Education Association) provides:
  • Legislative assistance and awareness
  • Achievement Testing Materials
  • Teachers’ Christian Education Conference
  • Christian Honor Society
  • Legislative Seminars in Harrisburg
  • On-Site Consultation
  • Speakers Bureau
  • Staff Certification
  • Academics, Bible & Fine Arts Competition
  • Bible Quiz, Preaching & Debate Tournaments
  • Interscholastic Sports Program for Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball and Baseball.
 
Re-enrollment Fee $80
 

The re-enrollment fee is $80 per student which will be automatically billed to current students on April 15 as part of our continuous enrollment policy.

 
Textbook Fee
 

Kindergarten: $210.00

Grades 1-6: $300.00 per student

7th – 12th Grade – $250.00

Due July

This fee applies to all students and does not completely cover all textbooks;
however, this fee does help to defray the costs of the following items:
  1. Classroom textbooks
  2. Supplies and materials
 
Student Activity Fee $150
 

For students in grades 9-12 only 

This fee will help to cover the costs of science lab materials and art materials. A portion of this fee will also be set aside to help cover the cost of the senior class trip.

Gym Shirt $10

Each student in grades 1-12 will need to purchase a school gym shirt.

Full tuition applies to the oldest student in a family.  Decreasing tuition applies to subsequent students in the order of decreasing grade level.

Tuition Collection Policy

LATE FEE: This fee is assessed if any of the tuition payments have not been paid on time.  There is a grace period of 10 days before the $15.00 per family is charged. 

NSF CHARGE: A $15.00 penalty will be assessed if a check is returned due to non-sufficient funds.

 
Tuition Discount
 
  • Five percent will be deducted from the annual bill if the entire tuition amount is paid by August 1.
  • Tithing members of Hope Baptist Church receive a 25% discount on Tuition Rates.
    •  (All other fees are not discounted.)
  • Equal monthly tuition charges are billed for ten months, August through May.
 
 
After-School Care
 

3:00-5:00 pm

After-school care will be provided for HCS families only. 

The cost is $60.00 per week per child.  This breaks down to $12.00 a day per child. 

The cost will be applied to your school bill.

First tuition payment for next school year due.  (To receive a 5% discount, the annual tuition payment is due.)
